Strength is the foundation of a resilient, adaptable, and capable body. We will take you through our technique focused approach to training to build your strength and stability. With a mix of both large compound and functional movements, this class is suitable for both beginners and those more advanced.
Build
We are looking to build that body! Build will take you through 3 distinct hypertrophy focused workouts targeting different areas of the body. Fantastic for improving muscle mass and developing aesthetics.
Move
Move is about both cardio and strength! we will set new challenges in week to test your endurance!
Masterclass
A class specialised for those enjoying the bigger lifts. We’ll practice excellent technique, build power and get you performing at your best.
Functional Movement
This is a fun interval class. We do leave it a little open so don't be surprised if we mix it up to keep it exciting and keep you guessing. Perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a fun cardio session.
Beach Bootcamp
Why live in Yamba if you’re not going to get out on the beach? Jono changes it up for us every week but expect to be running, flipping tires, bear crawling. To be honest we never quite know what he has in store. What we do know is you’ll get sandy, sweaty and work your ass off while enjoying our beautiful beaches.
